Lat Pullover
Start by grabbing the cables and standing far enough to get resistance at the top position of the movement. Keep your feet hip-width apart and bend at the hips, keeping your knees soft. Pull down in a sweeping motion toward your thighs with your arms extended, but not locked. Bring your arms back up until they are next to your head, while keeping tension on the lats. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
