Row - Bent Over (Dumbbell)

A pulling exercise that strengthens the upper back and lats by isolating the left and right sides separately.

Start with the dumbbell in your non-dominant hand. For demonstrative purposes we will assume it is your left. Place your right knee and right palm onto a bench with your dumbbell in your left hand and your left leg extended onto the ground. Pull the dumbbell toward your hip, then lower it back down with control. Once you complete your reps, switch sides and complete them with your opposite arm. Don't forget to also switch your supporting arm and leg! ;)
