Coaching with Team Powerlifting takes the decision-making out of your training, nutrition, and lifestyle habits. I expect my lifters to be communicative, open to learning, and willing to work toward their goals.

Who we are NOT for

Coaching with Team Powerlifting is not a good fit if you're looking for a quick transformation or crash diet. Coaching will not replace your effort or discipline. If you value structure, feedback, and long term progress, you'll fit right in.

What You Get

Expert coaching for strength and body conditioning. I understand the nuances of the female body, and uniquely, have the ability to strategically motivate my athletes based on their personality types. I pride myself on doing whatever is in my power to get you to your goals.

How it Works

Team Powerlifting is a very tight knit community of lifters. The first thing you want to do is reach out by clicking the "Let's Chat!" pop up here and sending me a message. Tell me about yourself-- I'll walk you through next steps if you are a good fit for the team!
