Arnold Press

Also referred to as the "Arnold Press," this shoulder press variation targets all three heads of the deltoids (anterior, lateral, posterior) in one movement.

Begin seated at a 90 degree angle, starting with palms facing the body at shoulder level and finishing with palms facing forward at the top of the overhead press.
