Hack Squat (Barbell)

The hack squat is a great quad-assistance exercise that doesn't always require specialty equipment or a gym. Try this version at home with a barbell landmine attachment by anchoring one end and placing the opposite end of the barbell over your shoulders.

Stand with your legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart and lean back slightly. Squat down to your desired depth and stand back up.
