Monthly Meet Audit is a live coaching session where we break down exactly why lifters hit or miss attempts—and what to fix before your next meet.

You’ll watch real meet footage get analyzed in real time, learn from other lifters’ mistakes, and walk away with actionable adjustments you can apply immediately.

What to Expect

• Live Meet Breakdowns

3–5 lifters will be selected for detailed analysis. We’ll cover attempt selection, execution, and strategy.

• Coaching Insight

You’ll learn how to identify common mistakes and what to change in your training leading into your next competition.

• Pattern Recognition

We’ll highlight the biggest trends and errors seen across multiple lifters, so you know what to avoid.

• Date: First Monday of every month (holidays will push to Tuesday)

• Location: A-Team Coaching Call (Google Meet)
